I would recommend this website Free Toon, all the lessons are taken from the book written by the famous Animator "Preston Blair".
Also, join the forum Animation Cafeto gain extra knowledge and info such as animation studios, animation links, recommended books, share ur drawings and etc..
U need to master the drawing skills. Draw structurely. Anime usually dont have much form but doesn't mean that u dont
need to learn how to draw structurely. Once u master the drawing skill, when u aniamting, u dont have to worry how to draw
and concentrate on animating. Evn u learn 3d, u still need to learn how to draw!!! Or else ur 3d models will look crappy!
